Oscom URMS - VoIP recording solutions

The Oscom Unified Recording Management System (URMS) is a Call Recording and Screen Capture Platform. Oscom URMS comes in three versions; URMS Network (SIP Based Call Recording), URMS InLine (ISDN, PRI and Analogue Call Recording) and URMS Asterisk (Asterisk Based Call Recording).

Oscom URMS is built on the stability of Linux with a specific focus on security and scalability. Oscom URMS has been built from the ground up and in collaboration with our customers and partners.

Oscom URMS can be used in any environment requiring call recording and/or screen captures. This ranges from inbound and outbound call centres that need to record calls for quality assurance and compliance, to municipalities such as police departments.

Warranty:
One-year replacement and repair warranty.

Returns of non-defective hardware inside of 30 days are assessed a 20% restocking fee. Digital Techniques (Asia) will accept no returns of non-defective merchandise beyond 30 days. Shipping charges are the responsibility of each sending party.

Purchaser is responsible for all other shipping fees. Refunds are issued on purchase price only.
